Builder’s Concierge

Our Builders Concierge service utilizes Michael Gray’s expertise that was honed over years of designing high-end, luxury spaces. Utilizing his expertise and staff, MGLS will provide CAD  drawings that will serve as the blueprint for the interior spaces of a building, guiding construction teams in executing a beautifully built home.

For a fixed fee to be determined by scope, MGLS will create precise floor plans that optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces, ensuring that rooms are well-proportioned and appropriately configured to meet the needs of occupants.

MGLS will also include specifications for materials and finishes, ensuring that the chosen materials contribute to the overall design concept while meeting quality and durability requirements.

For custom-built elements such as cabinetry and millwork, MGLS will provide detailed CAD drawings that outline the specific dimensions, proportions, and design details, ensuring that they align with the builder’s vision.

MGLS will provide a Builder’s Concierge experience that will guide the execution of interior spaces, ensuring that the final result reflects the vision of the builder while meeting functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.
